Coaching With Me
Could coaching be right for you?
You don't need to have all the answers.
In fact, many people come to coaching with nothing more than a feeling that something isn't quite right.
Coaching may be right for you if...
-
you feel stuck but can't quite explain why.
-
you're facing a decision and keep going round in circles.
-
something isn't working, but you're not sure what.
-
you've achieved a lot but something still feels missing.
-
you're questioning what's next in your work or life.
-
you're the person other people turn to, but you don't always have someone to talk things through with.
-
you're carrying a lot of responsibility and would value a confidential space to think out loud.
-
you'd like the freedom to think things through without being judged or told what to do.
If you're nodding as you read this, you're not alone.
Coaching is often described in lots of different ways, but for me it's actually quite simple.
It's about creating the time and space to stop, think and talk things through with someone who is completely on your side. Someone who isn't there to tell you what to do or offer quick solutions, but who will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and help you untangle your thoughts, make sense of whatever is on your mind and see things from a different perspective.
Whether you're facing a difficult decision, navigating change, questioning what's next or simply feeling that there might be more, coaching gives you the opportunity to step back from the noise of everyday life and hear yourself more clearly and honestly.
A space to think
Life can be busy and noisy. We often move from one thing to the next without giving ourselves the chance to pause and really understand what we're thinking or feeling.
Our coaching sessions give you that space.
Not because sitting and talking is the goal, but because slowing down often helps us notice things we've been too busy to see. It's often in those quieter moments that fresh perspectives emerge and the next step becomes clearer.
Really listening
Clients often tell me that one of the things they value most is feeling truly listened to.
Not just hearing the words they're saying, but feeling that someone is really present with them, genuinely curious about what's beneath the surface, and offering a confidential, non-judgemental space where they can think out loud without interruption. It's often through these kinds of conversations that new ideas and possibilities begin to emerge.
I believe that being truly listened to can change the way you hear yourself because, when we feel safe enough to think out loud, we often discover that some of the answers have been there all along.
Gentle challenge
Listening is only part of coaching.
Sometimes the most helpful question is also the most challenging one.
My role is to notice patterns, explore assumptions and gently challenge beliefs that may no longer be serving you. Not to catch you out or push you before you're ready, but to help you look at things from a different angle.
Clients often tell me that these moments of gentle challenge lead to some of their biggest insights and give them the confidence to take the next step. Sometimes those moments are serious and sometimes they're accompanied by laughter, and I think both have their place.
Finding your own answers
People sometimes arrive expecting me to tell them what they should do, but that's never my job. I won't give you advice or make decisions on your behalf because I don't believe I'm the expert on your life — you are.
Together, we'll explore what's important to you, what might be getting in the way and what feels right for you. My role is to help you uncover your own answers, so that the choices you make feel authentic and lasting.
Coaching that fits you
No two coaching journeys are the same because no two people are the same.
Some people come with a clear goal or decision they want to explore. Others simply have a feeling that something isn't quite right or that there might be more, even if they can't yet put it into words.
Wherever you're starting from, we can choose an approach that gives you the time and space you need.
You don't need to arrive with a perfect plan or even know exactly what you want to change. Sometimes the first step is simply having the space to work out what's really going on.
Coaching Options
There isn't one right way to navigate change, so I offer a few different ways of working together.
Every coaching journey begins with a free 30-minute Let's Talk conversation. We can talk about what's brought you here, what you're hoping for and which option might suit you best.
Let's Talk
A free 30-minute conversation
Before we begin coaching, we'll have an informal conversation to explore what's brought you here, what you're hoping for and whether I'm the right coach for you.
There's no pressure and no obligation — just a conversation.
Space to Think
For people who are ready to give themselves the space to think more deeply and create meaningful change.
For many people, this is the best place to begin.
Over six sessions, we'll create the time and space to untangle your thoughts, explore what's really going on beneath the surface and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and self-understanding.
Some people arrive with a specific challenge. Others arrive with nothing more than a feeling that something needs attention. Both are equally welcome.
Coaching isn't about rushing to find answers. It's about giving yourself the opportunity to think more deeply, hear yourself more clearly and make choices that feel right for you.

Continue the Conversation
For people who'd like ongoing support after completing a coaching journey.
Sometimes six sessions are enough. Sometimes they become the beginning of something bigger.
If you'd like to continue, we can work together on an ongoing basis, giving you regular space to reflect, navigate new challenges and stay connected to what's important to you.
Together we'll decide what rhythm works best, whether that's every two weeks, monthly, every couple of months or simply whenever you feel you need another conversation.

They're available exclusively to clients on Space to Think or Continue the Conversation, and are designed to complement your coaching journey rather than replace it.
